Danica to NASCAR?

So do we want a tiny little girl to play with the other fender bangers? She can't live with the IRL guys without pitching a fit. Whichever team might bring her on will get to allocate some ballast to their benefit.

She and her agent are just trying to raise her money a bit here. I'll give her credit, she knows she's in a no win series right now. NASCAR is her only hope. A wise owner would dump her in the minor leagues and let her rot there.

Having listened to her on a scanner for several races I can say that she's just a bit dumber than Dale Earnhardt Jr. in how to adjust a car during a race. "It's plowing, I don't know what to do with it!" is one transmission I remember from Texas.

Unlike NASCAR IRL drivers can adjust weight jacking (diagonal weight distribution) and swaybar effect while driving.

But I guess skill doesn't matter, it's public image. Witness Michael Waltrip, Dale Earnhardt Jr. and Kasey Kahne.
