is the top nominated artist going into Wednesday night's 42nd annual Country Music Association awards in Nashville, Tenn.Chesney goes into the CMAs with a leading seven nominations, including Entertainer of the Year, Male Vocalist of the Year and Album of the Year for "Just Who I Am: Poets & Pirates."The singer took the top honor last year, in 2006 and in 2004.
