Behold John Thain, poster boy for big company CEO's who have lived large on the backs of us working people. This guy passed out billion$ to his buddies at Lehman Brothers just before the company was sucked up by B of A and our tax dollars used to prop the whole thing up. If this guy does not do jail time, there is no justice.:mad:

The guy who collected the $ million to redecorate Thain's office has been selected to redecorate the White House. I don't know why that house needs redecorating every 4 or 8 years.

Correction: I accused John Thain of being CEO of Lehman Brothers. He was in fact, CEO of Merrill Lynch. One gang of thieves is pretty much like another. :mad:

Yes, Michelle gets a 100K allowance to redecorate the WH living quarters. Not too shabby. Oh, and all the linens are brand new for all incoming presidents thanks to us taxpayers. Wonder what the thread count is for the sheets?
Don't know if there is a limit as to what the changes O wants. I heard a basketball court is coming to the WH per his request. All these little perks are above and beyond the familiy quarter's wants/needs. Is there already a bowling alley? Pool and movie theatre have been there for some years now.

Doesn't really matter, they all wear the same stripes (not the prison type you and I would wear if we were to participate in some of the same shenanagins). It's just plain greed and a sense of entitlement IMO.
